Adam

I’m the founder of IMT Resourcing Solutions with over 15 years experience in delivering industry leading recruitment partnerships with businesses and job seekers in the Microsoft space. I’ve partnered with global blue chip end users and Microsoft Partners to bring in consultants and architects to deliver transformation. I set up IMT to deliver a data driven recruitment business with a strong customer centric approach to deliver not only matches but leave a lasting impression. I’m a husband to an amazing wife and a father to two amazing girls.. and I love recruitment (and Gladiator).

Callum

With over 3 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry, spanning across Infrastructure & Cloud technologies, I’m currently specialising in the BAU Helpdesk & Infrastructure market within the UK working with Consultancies and End Users. I’m a professional and committed individual aimed to supporting both candidates and clients with their specific needs, offering guidance and assistance at every stage. I’m also not half bad at rugby playing for local semi-professional side Cinderford RFC

Rory

I’m a highly skilled Principal Consultant with 20+ years experience formulating recruitment strategies for Engineering and Manufacturing Companies. The majority of my clients are based in the South West of England but I have recruited for positions across the UK, Europe and America. Outside of work, I like to spend time with my young family, regularly in the local gym and still think I will eventually play Football in the Premier League.

George

I’m a highly motivated Senior Consultant, partnering with Engineering and Manufacturing Companies in the South West and Midlands, with experience ranging from hard to fill, business critical roles to high volume delivery projects. I’m committed to developing lasting relationships with clients and candidates by providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Outside of work my time is spent with wife and two boys as well as being an avid gym and sports fan.

Working in Recruitment as a finance specialist, I am someone who’s hardworking, driven and highly motivated. I spend my time connecting talented people with the right opportunities within the finance industry and enjoy building genuine relationships, making sure both clients and candidates feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work i love spending time with my Family, Friends and partner to help keep me positive and motivated personally and professionally.
